Nicknamed "The Granddaddy," Pine Lakes opened in 1927 as the first golf course in Myrtle Beach. Robert White, the first president of the PGA of America, designed the par-70 layout on rolling land less than half a mile from the ocean. It's known for tough par 4s, and the club also hosts weddings and events.
